HOW THIS WORKS

Our ASK-A-PRO Connection provides you direct access to a pay-per-request professional photographer "coach" that will deliver an answer to your photography related question. Your Fotelica coach will work with you to completely resolve one (1) "issue" per request. If we are unable to resolve your issue to your satisfaction, your payment will be refunded in full.

All correspondence with your coach is by e-mail unless special circumstances require a phone conversation (at the sole discretion of your coach).

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

Type your question into the box at the top of this page and proceed through checkout. You will receive a response from your coach within 24 hours of making your request for assistance.

CAMERA EQUIPMENT QUESTIONS

While our professionals are very savvy seasoned photographers, they cannot be expected to know every detail about every camera model, there are literally hundreds of current models on the market and hundreds more legacy models. HOWEVER, the fundamentals of photography apply to every camera. If your question is related to a specific camera model that we are familiar with, we will provide an answer from our own knowledge base. If your question concerns a specific detail about a model unfamiliar to us, we will research your issue and provide any resources we discover that will be helpful to you along with our personal commentary.
