After submitting your password recovery request, you will receive a new password on the email account registered to your username.  This new password is randomly generated and will be hard to remember.  Use that new password to login to the web site and then visit our Support page to select the option to change your password to something more easily remembered.  The link to the Support page can be found in the web site footer at the bottom of every page.
